We booked the hotel purely for its location (perfect for late Eurostar trips), but we were surprised by how spacious and luxurious it is inside. It has seven floors plus a basement spa, and a large restaurant and lounge areas. The room was large and well-furnished with comfortable beds and a standard en-suite, plus generously sized seating and desk areas. Bathrobes are provided, along with a hair-dryer, ironing board and the usual facilities. There's a good selection of toiletries in the bathroom and coffee in the tray (with creamer, milk, sugar, etc.) below a pod coffee machine in the room. The self-service breakfast buffet has a good range of hot and cold options and the staff bring coffee to your table, which I appreciated. You have the option (for about £5) to have breakfast in your room. Checkout is at midday, which is convenient. The spa downstairs has a small moderately warm pool about 1.4 metres deep with three jacuzzi areas within the pool itself and plush chairs nearby for relaxing (there was someone asleep in one); you can also pay for spa treatments. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Everything! I had come to recuperate after a small operation and the staff could not have been kinder. The chambers club room is amazing and a wonderful facility during the day for me to sit quietly with a pot of tea. The decor and the atmosphere and the meticulous work you have done in keeping the hotel looking so good is exceptional. Many years ago with my first job in London, I commuted into Saint Pancras station, and used the actual booking office to buy tickets. About a decade ago when I was undertaking studies at the University of London we were shown around by the Architectural Association to view the renovation work in progress. It is absolutely magnificent how it has been brought up to such exceptional standards. All your staff have been exceptionally well trained; they are polite, efficient, smartly attired and friendly. The usual Hotels I stay in London have previously been Hazlitts, or the Ritz. Now in 2023 it will definitely be with you!

We did not have time for breakfast as we checked out at around 5:50 to catch the Eurostar. The staff at the hotel were exceptional and went beyond the call of duty, particularly the Night Manager, whose name I believe is Dalmar (?) who heloed us with our luggage and guided us to the Eurostar. We would return to stay on the strength of his professional, amazing attitude. On our arrival we had been assisted by Gordon and Guillame who had welcomed us and by another staff member, a female whose name we missed = she had walked us through the approach to the railway station. All wonderful ambassadors for your company.

The location of the hotel was perfect and room was very nice. Breakfast was not included which I think should be in the price as a matter of course. The lady in the suit at breakfast was a little unfriendly and didn't smile and I felt a little dismissed when I asked her a question about breakfast.

The building itself, the public rooms and decor were truly astonishing. Reception staff were incredibly helpful and efficient Early checkin at 1pm Breakfast was good but why was there no semi-skinned milk available for cereal and tea while almond, soya, oat and wholemilk was. Comfortable bed
